Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the items we sell. In some cases we offer refunds or exchanges if the product that is sold is faulty. However, this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Returns or Exchanges for faulty products will be considered, either an exchange (based on availability) or a refund will be provided upon receiving the returned item/s. This must be brought up within 5 days of receiving your item and any returned item's must be unworn, and returned in the original condition.
Returns or Exchanges based on ordering the wrong size or change or mind are not considered a valid reason for a Return or Exchange and these will not be accepted.
Note that CJKicks is not liable for any damages whilst the item is in transit, these issues should be brought up with the shipping company.
