Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?

We do offer Store credit instore for wrong selection of size ONLY

We do not offer Returns/Refunds (For change of mind OR Incorrect size choice) made online. We have a size chart online to help you select the correct size to get the best fit for you. 

Faulty Products

In some cases we offer refunds or exchanges if the product that is sold is faulty. However, this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

Returns or Exchanges for faulty products will be considered, either an exchange (based on availability) or a refund will be provided upon receiving or purchasing the returned item/s. This must be brought up within 5 days of receiving your item and any returned item's must be unworn, and returned in the original condition.

Note that CJKicks is not liable for any damages whilst the item is in transit, these issues should be brought up with the shipping company.
